On May 07, 2007, Judge S. William Abel sentenced Terrance Daniels, age 28 of Willows, to three years in state prison for violation of section 211 of the California Penal Code- Second Degree Robbery. In March of 2007, Terrance Daniels and three others was arrested by the Williams Police Department for the armed robbery of two individuals in the Granzella’s parking lot.

William Abel sentenced Terence Leon Stewart, Jr., age 23 of Richmond, to three years in state prison for violation of section 211 of the California Penal Code- Second Degree Robbery. In March of 2007, Terence Stewart and three others was arrested by the Williams Police Department for the armed robbery of two individuals in the Granzella’s parking lot.

On April 16, 2007, Judge S. William Abel sentenced William Tyler Strickland, age 19 of Santa Cruz, to two years in state prison for violation of section 11359 of the California Health and Safety Code- Possession For Sale Of Marijuana. In October of 2005, William Strickland was stopped by a California Highway Patrol officer for speeding on Interstate 5. A search of the vehicle revealed a quantity of marijuana sufficient and packaged for sales.

The Colusa County District Attorney’s Office & the Colusa County Sheriff's Office, working in partnership, arrested John Simon Ydiarte for sexually assaulting a dependant adult. The charges were for 288a(g) PC & 243.4(b) PC.

The investigation began 10-22-05 with a complaint filed with the Sheriff's Office. The victim is severely handicapped and a dependant adult. The incident occurred in Colusa area.
